AltaVista FreeAccess
Well this one cought me by surprise, FREE Unlimited Internet Access from our
friends at AltaVista. Lots of dialup numbers all over. The sign up is the
usual demographics stuff. The download is around 500k, so very small, logon was fast
and connection speeds are up there with the best of them. The required banner
advertisment is rather large but you can move it out of the way (I just move it to the
bottom of the screen). This is definitely worth looking at. The software is in
Beta but I found no problems at all. Let's hope they can stay with us. Good

their free internet access service and plan to keep growing.
Based in the state of Washington this free internet service provider offers dialup access
to a small area of Washington but they say they are going nationwide this summer.

This free service doesn't seem to be taking applications any longer although their website
is still active. From what I have found out they may go back on line again so watch
for them.

A new service that offers all of the hardware needed to connect you to the internet
through your TV Set, Free Internet access, Free Email and more.
** We are not sure what dialup numbers they offer so you will
have to see if they offer the service in your area **
NOCHARGE.COM
Apparently located in the Washington State area serving Seattle, Everett, and
Bellevue but they say they will be opening up nationally within 6 to 12
months. They claim NO ADVERTISING while your browsing.
